Traust is seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Developer to join our consulting team and help clients build, extend, and improve their Oracle ERP systems. We’re a fully remote consulting firm that specializes in designing enterprise applications that improve clarity, efficiency, and real-world business outcomes. What You’ll Do
You’ll collaborate with consultants, developers, and client teams to understand business needs and translate them into well-designed Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) solutions. This work will often include enhancing existing workflows and integrating or extending Oracle EBS functionality with Oracle APEX applications.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing and developing customizations, extensions, integrations, and reports within Oracle EBS (11i and R12).
- Building PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, and APIs to support EBS workflows.
- Collaborating with functional leads to understand business processes and data flows across ERP modules.
- Supporting and enhancing modules such as Financials, Supply Chain, HR, or others, depending on client needs.
- Participating in project planning, code reviews, and architecture decisions
- Working directly with clients in a consultative capacity, both independently and as part of a project team.
What We’re Looking For
You are a technically strong developer who understands how Oracle ERP systems support business operations — and you’re comfortable working directly with stakeholders to solve problems.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of hands-on development experience with Oracle EBS
- Proficiency in PL/SQL and Oracle database development
- Experience with RICE components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions)
- Ability to work closely with functional users and business partners
- Strong communication skills and comfort in client-facing environments
Bonus Points for:
- Prior consulting experience or experience supporting multiple business environments
- Familiarity with Oracle APEX for building modern workflows and UI layers
- Experience modernizing or extending legacy Oracle Forms applications
