Introducing Lindsey Sexton
Traust is thrilled to welcome Lindsey Sexton to the team. Lindsey is going to be an excellent addition to Traust’s Sales, Marketing, and Delivery teams. She looks forward to building relationships with our clients and partners.
[su_spacer size=”30″]What brought you to Traust? What were you doing before/what is your professional background?
I was working as an Innovation Program Manager and pursuing my MBA at the Carlson School of Management in the part time program. I heard about Traust through the Carlson Career Center and did some research on my own. I found the people at Traust to be very genuine and first and foremost guided by integrity, and that’s what drew me to Traust.
[su_spacer size=”30″]Have you played the role of a consultant in the past?
I haven’t held a formal role of consultant but in my innovation role I did some internal consulting using design thinking and leading ideation sessions to generate new solutions to business problems. I have also done some pro-bono innovation consulting for People Serving People in an effort to optimize their Human Capital initiatives.

I spend most of my time with my husband and three kids playing outside in the driveway or the backyard. I played tennis in college and have recently gotten into pickleball which has been really fun.
