The Inside Sales Representative will conduct outreach to target companies via phone, email, and LinkedIn, determining the needs of those prospects, and offering solutions to those needs through Traust’s custom software development and ERP consulting services. As a frontline representative of our premium software consulting firm, you will be selling our first-class services to medium and large companies with multiple decision makers. You will meet and exceed sales goals, establish ongoing relationships with prospective clients, and manage sales activities to produce a growing client base.
At Traust, we believe that the key to success in any role is having a well-identified set of goals and processes in place to help you achieve them. In addition to the information outlined above, the following measurements could be utilized as performance indicators. Specific goals and relevant importance will be determined in each category once you have joined our team.
$30K base salary with an additional $24K based on meeting quota. Uncapped commission potential above quota.
